Digital Take-Offs
Digital software is used to produce detailed and accurate on-screen take-offs from the project architects drawings. The software can also be used to produce highlighted scope drawings visually defining scope inclusions/exclusions.
Priced Bill of Quantities
Priced bill of quantities are provided using an Excel estimating package. The rates used are project specific and built up using material prices received from your preferred suppliers. Labour rates, attendances/prelim requirements and markups to be mutually agreed.
Tender Submission Document
The overall tender submission document can be produced including covering letter, Bill of Quantities, scope drawings, specifications and clarifications. I can use your standard templates or create my own.
